The HyperScratcher system combines a revolutionary invention that uses the features of a scraper and a wash tool simultaneously.
WhatCurrent well work, which requires the use of separate tools to scrape debris and chemical build up from the from existing well bore. It will then wash that debris out of the perforations and well bore. Previous traditional applications can be costly and time consuming.
By addressing both of these needs with one application, the HyperScratcher reduces overall rig costs and significantly contributes to increased well efficiency. |
The Hyperscratcher is a mechanically operated wash tool that uses a surface pump to displace fluid at high pressures to produce immediate well bore and perforation cleanup. No wash cups are involved in the operation of the tool, which means that fluid is not forced into the formation. The tool itself consists of four major components; jet alignment, brush configuration, filtering system, and the main body.
WhyThe HyperScratcher tool gives well owners lower rig time cost. HyperScratcher also effectively cleans up the immediate interface between producing zone and invaded zone without significant fluid forcing into the formation or altering its permeability. Additionally, the HyperScratcher system gives the three phase ability to scratch, wash, and scrape in the same application without the use of a bridge plug whe treating more than one perforated zone. The HyperScratcher tool can be used in vertical and horizontal wells.

We market a cost effective Solution with Powerful Technology
Our intended market is the segment of the oil and gas industry which contains a class of wells known as marginal or "stripper" wells. A well that produces less than 10 barrels of oil per day (BOD), or a gas well which produces less than 60 MCF per day. In addition to the marginal well, the HyperScratcher tool has produced superior results when applied to injector and disposal wells.
The HyperScratcher tool has been used with over 500 wells and counting, without a single economic or mechanical failure. This tool can be used for vertical and horizontal well bores of 4.5", 5.5", and 7". The HyperScratcher tool works to clean wells that have become contaminated with paraffin, barium, scale, iron oxide, or combinations of these minerals. Once clean of debris and contaminates, production and profits will increase.
